Energy Potential for Organic Waste

• Each tonne of dry cow manure per day produces over 20,000 Kwh per year of electrical energy

• Each tonne of dry cow manure per day produces over 200 MJ/Year of recoverable heat

As an example, 30 cows produces 1 tonne of cow manure per day which contains energy equivalent to 270 litres of gasoline
